Toy Bin Organizers

Toy Bin Organizers

Hi! Today I am sharing with you a tip for keeping toys organized. I swear the toys in my house multiply in the night and toys seem to end up across the whole house. I created a visual system for keeping the toys organized, and it works really well!

These are my favorite items in our playroom, because my boys can pick up their toys and keep them (mostly) organized! The pictures on the front are an easy visual clue for them when picking up. Trains go in the train bin, and cars go in the car bin! It is easier for them to find the toys they are looking for, too!

How To Make the Labels:

I purchased cloth bins with labels on the front (specifically, these from Amazon).

Then, I surveyed the toys and divided them into 6 main categories: puzzles, cars, trains, people/animals, balls, and blocks. Yours may be different, depending on the interest of your kids!

A quick google image search for each of the categories produced the images.

I selected “save as” and saved them to a folder.

To get the scale of the image correct, I edited the size settings when printing. Then, I printed, cut out, and slid into place!

Voila! An easy way to organize toys!!
