Wet Ingredients
  1. Heat an electric griddle to 350° or a stovetop griddle on medium-high heat
  2. We’ll be using a bowl and a whisk for this recipe. Keepin’ it simple.
  3. Melt the butter on the stove.
  4. Combine the milk, yogurt, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the melted butter to the mixing bowl.
  6. Whisk the ingredients together.
Dry Ingredients
  1. Add the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder to the mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together.
  3. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to portion out pancakes on the griddle.
  4. When the bubbles on the pancake stop closing, it’s time to flip!
  5. Repeat until the batter is gone.
  6. Topping options are unlimited! Favorites include: syrup, peanut butter & jelly, whipped cream, and applesauce. Enjoy!
