After deliberating for a year, I finally bit the bullet and painted our front door!! Here are before and afters! I realized after I taped the windows that I didn’t take a before pic. And no, I was not going to take down the tape just to get a pristine before pic. Sorry, not sorry.

Our door was the standard, primed white door we got at our local home improvement store. I really wanted either a red or yellow door and I kept coming back to the same yellow, Spiced Butternut by Olympic. This past weekend I put on my big girl panties and bought the paint and painted the door!

I love how it turned out! However, I now want to repaint the hallway to a lighter grey instead of the griege (Behr Wheat Bread) it is right now. Another day, another project.

But I LOVE the sunny yellow door! It makes me happy!
