Hi! I’m Amy. As a full-time working mom, I love making the most out of family time. My husband and two toddler boys are my everything. Multi-tasking is the name of my game–I like to get cooking and chores over with so I can have fun with my family!

Our house was built in 1900, so my husband and I are often tackling home improvement projects (some planned, some not!) With an 100++ year old house, our projects often take unexpected turns, but we enjoy revitalizing it and turning it into our dream home.
My parents are avid gardeners, and their garden is paradise and an inspiration to me. Our garden is full of surprises–the previous owners planted a few unique species that are fun to discover and revitalize. Digging in the dirt while my kids create mayhem in the sandbox is my idea of a perfect way to spend an afternoon! Join me as I expand my garden, but only with plants that require little maintenance and occasional watering!! The less fuss, the better!
